**If you have experienced any symptoms of Covid-19, have travelled outside of the state or country, or have been in contact with anyone with a confirmed or suspected exposure to Covid-19 in the last 14 days do not come to your appointment. Please e-mail to reschedule. **
-Upon arrival please enter main building and wait at the bench outside of the salon for your stylist to come let you in. If you are more comfortable waiting outside please call our front desk to let us know you have arrived (please leave a voicemail if no one is able to answer your call).
-Hand sanitizer will be supplied at our door. Please use upon entering.
-A face mask must be worn at all times inside the salon. Please provide your own mask.
-We are so excited to see you; however, we must refrain from physical contact beyond what is required to render our services. We will hug again soon!
-Please do not bring food or beverages to the salon. We are unable to provide drinks currently, except in extreme cases. Come hydrated!
-Do not bring guests with you to your appointment. Only the person receiving services can enter the salon. If your child is having services done, they may be accompanied by 1 adult.
-We can't wait to catch up! However, we ask that talking be kept to a minimum until services have begun. This will help to keep our very tight schedules going smoothly. We are implementing extreme sanitation measures to ensure the safety of our clients and

your appointment is of the utmost importance to us! in order to serve all of our clients to the best of our ability we request at least 48 hours advanced notice if you are unable to make it to your scheduled appointment. this allows us adequate time to contact clients who may be wait listed. in the case of less than 48 hour notice a 50% deposit will be required in order to schedule your next appointment. no show appointments will be charged the cost of services scheduled.
*we understand that there may be extenuating circumstances in certain cases making 48 hour notice impossible. please inform our receptionist of your situation upon cancellation.
at root and form client satisfaction is our top priority. we hope to provide a calming, inspiring environment for every guest. for many, their time in the salon is valued for being a time to relax. because of this, unless your child has a scheduled appointment, we ask that they not accompany you to the salon. we thank you for your understanding.
we appreciate your gesture of kindness, however we ask that gratuities be offered in cash only as we are unable to accept tips on credit cards.
